New Cassettes – Winterhead

From Northampton, England, quintet New Cassettes has just released a full-length project full of delicious pop/rock hooks. GLM recently featured their song, “The Waxx”, as a TuneCrush, yet the entire CD is full of immediate jams. Standouts are “Silent Guns”, “Straight Lines”, “Ghosts”, and the aforementioned, “The Waxx”. Great for driving. Catch them at SXSW 2012 and on tour with We Were Promised Jetpacks this spring in the U.S.
